Are you in the game of life? Or are you making excuses and stalling out. Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.
So lets get moving.
It's February. Are you still working on those New Years Resolutions? I hope you are, but if you're not, don't beat yourself up too bad, a lot of people are just like you.
So what now? Well, maybe your goals were a little unrealistic, like lose 50 pounds by Valentines day. How about, "I would like to lose 5 pounds by Valentines day." That might be a little more doable. (But not if you eat those chocolates on Valentines day!)
Revisit your goals and set some knew ones. Put your goals in writing. Be realistic. Have measurable goals. What do you want to achieve? How are you going to achieve it?
Plan for small steps and give yourself rewards for accomplishing your goals. Believe that you can accomplish your goals even if everyone around you says you can't.
Now is the time to Reclaim Your Life. This month as we celebrate Valentines Day remember to love yourself first. Without a loving me you won't have a very happy we.

Breast Cancer Survivors
I am a breast cancer survivor. I know what it took me to survive and I want to help you. Absolutely no charge for our first session.
As I was going through surgery and radiation, I barely had enough energy to work out, let alone get out of bed. My doctor gave me a handout of exercises and basically told me I was on my own.
Unable to accept that I had to lie around and just take what was happening to me, I decided that I had to be the one to take it upon myself to keep exercising. I was able to keep my energy level up and my spirits high.
What I did to help myself is something I can give to other women who find themselves facing this battle.
