Do you feel the Arizona heat?

It's warming up. So does that mean that you stop working out until it cools off? No, it just means that your exercise either moves indoors to give a spin bike a try or to the pool for a refreshing workout in the water.

The summer months can seem like the hardest months to keep going. It's hot, you have no energy, the kids are out of school - we can just keep adding to the list of excuses. Instead, look at the possibility of changing your workout. Maybe a water exercise routine that is gentle and easy on the joints. All those months of pounding your body - maybe its time to run in the pool rather than on the hard concrete. You may not feel like its the same type of workout, but what do you have to lose?

This summer I'm trying something new. I'm exercising my brain while working out on a Espresso spin bike. No, I don't drink coffee while I'm riding; the spin bike is equipped with fun interactive screens. I bet within the month I will learn how to shift the spin bike's gears.

You should also try something new this summer. You might just like it. Something new will keep you moving and take you to a new place of accomplishment. Like me. I've been riding a bike for years and might finally learn how to shift!

Let me know about your fun new adventures. Have a healthy summer and call me. I can help you give the world a stronger, sleeker you.

Breast Cancer Survivors

I am a breast cancer survivor. I know what it took me to survive and I want to help you. Absolutely no charge for our first session.

As I was going through surgery and radiation, I barely had enough energy to work out, let alone get out of bed. My doctor gave me a handout of exercises and basically told me I was on my own.

Unable to accept that I had to lie around and just take what was happening to me, I decided that I had to be the one to take it upon myself to keep exercising. I was able to keep my energy level up and my spirits high.

What I did to help myself is something I can give to other women who find themselves facing this battle.

Email me or call me at 623-203-6612. Let’s get started.
