Putting a bow on it!
The holidays are a time to see friends and family and enjoy good food. It doesn't mean that you totally forget about yourself and stop exercising and eating whatever someone gives you. Give yourself the gift of health this year. The gift of heaath doesn't have to be gift wrapped, it is a gift you give yourself. Continue to exercise even though you may only get 10-15 minutes in instead of longer. Think about all the hard work you have been doing to get yourself in a place of feeling good and looking good.
Enjoy the holidays with your loved ones just pay attention. If your feeling sluggish then its time to take a break for you, move the body and you won't feel as bad when you eat those wonderful holiday desserts.
Happy Holidays!

Breast Cancer Survivors
I am a breast cancer survivor. I know what it took me to survive and I want to help you. Absolutely no charge for our first session.
As I was going through surgery and radiation, I barely had enough energy to work out, let alone get out of bed. My doctor gave me a handout of exercises and basically told me I was on my own.
Unable to accept that I had to lie around and just take what was happening to me, I decided that I had to be the one to take it upon myself to keep exercising. I was able to keep my energy level up and my spirits high.
What I did to help myself is something I can give to other women who find themselves facing this battle.
Email me or call me at 623-203-6612. Let’s get started.
